Tindaya is a striking mountain situated adjacent to the town of the same name in the municipality of La Oliva.

Located just 6 km from the Atlantic Ocean and nestled within the Llano de Esquinzo, Tindaya stands at an elevation of approximately 400.5 metres, rising from an initial altitude of 150 metres.

Renowned as the most emblematic natural monument on the island of Fuerteventura, Tindaya holds significant cultural and natural importance, making it a must-visit landmark for those exploring the island’s unique landscape.

The Spanish car manufacturer Cupra has just released a car named Tindaya after the sacred mountain.
