What is a place Land Of Freedom?

A pub? A coffee-bar? A restaurant? A bistro? A wine bar? A brewery?

We want to be a place where you feel good, where you can eat genuinely, drink tastefully and listen to good music—where there are no strangers, only friends we have yet to meet.

Our concept is inspired by the Slow Food philosophy (good, clean, fair) and introduces a novel approach to choosing your courses: instead of selecting from a fixed paper menu, you taste what we offer, paired with a wine or a soft drink for each course. Then, you decide which pairing you prefer.
