The founders, Ismael and René, originally used the outdoor patio to gather with friends, sharing their passion for rustic, flavoursome food. Over time, their love for good food and community grew, transforming that very patio into one of Betancuria’s top dining destinations. Today, La Sombra celebrates authentic urban rustic cuisine, serving both locals and visitors unique and memorable dishes crafted with care.
