Ciao Mare

A fusion of food and drink, in a sunny setting with a thousand colors. CIAO MARE is a project born after twenty years of culinary experience and education on strictly produced food from our hands and coming out of our land. It is a celebration of heritage, where my family tree—both masters of life and fork—taught me the older recipes of my great-grandparents and grandparents, along with their enchanting perfumes.

I have dedicated much of my life to the pursuit of good food and the perfect glass—two elements that never fail. After all this sacrifice, I have created a unique blend of culinary delight and beverage, set in a sunny environment adorned with myriad colours. This vibrant atmosphere is enveloped by my smile—confident and unafraid of competition. I owe this enduring energy to my father, Peter, whose support has inspired me throughout.
